Service of process can be negotiated for any time and place, including holidays and business addresses. Documents can be of any type, eg. complaint /summons, subpoenas, dispossessories, divorces, child custody and support modifications, notices, foreclosures, statement of claim, and discovery requests. 

 

Our goal is always to serve your documents in a professional, prompt and cost-effective manner.

 

With most legal matters, timing is everything. You need to be able to trust your process servers to serve your documents professionally and on time.

Inside 285 

• (Atlanta Perimeter) - $125

• Up to 10 miles outside 285 - $150

• Up to 20 miles outside 285 - $175

• Outside 20 miles -$175 + mileage (based on current regional rate)

(each service price is based on one defendant/witness at one address and 3 attempts\ $30 per additional person at the same address))

• Filing or Pick up Fee - $50- $75 (dependent on the court)

All timed serviced are charge at a minimum of one (1) hour. After ther first hr the hourly rate is prorated in 15-minute increments. Out-of-pocket expenses will be billed additionally. Waiting time billed at $35 / hour. Minimum fees and rates for other services will gladly be quoted upon request.

We service all of Metro Atlanta, Fulton, Cobb, and Gwinnett are on our standard fee schedule. Other counties are priced on an as-needed basis.  Your documents must be emailed or sent through Certified US Mail. We can pick up legal documents from your office, process the court filing, and serve the document to meet your needs. Our process servers deliver court summons to parties who are being sued or need to appear in court.  We will even "walk through" your rush court filings when requested.

 

Please remember it is your responsibility to provide a valid address. If we serve an address that is not valid or is out of date, you will still be charged.  We recommend that if you have any additional addresses e.g. work, home other known whereabouts that you provide them at the time of service. If you do not provide this information until after the invalid address is served, you will be charged as if were a brand new request.

 

Standard Service - First attempt usually within 3-5 days from receipt of papers and payment) You must provide details of what you know to be the intended’s schedule.  If it is a business, hours of operation and for individuals place of work and work schedule.

Service of Subpoena, Summons, Notice, Order, Citation, etc. to an individual defendant or to a place of employment for Wage Garnishment, etc.
